Not Finished Yet

Though the waters may seem rough, and the tides appear to crash in and overtake you. God is not finished yet. He knows the plans he has for you. Though you may not see them, he knows them. Trust, another way to say faith. How do you take that leap of faith towards a God you cannot see much less trust?

For persons of trauma, this is particularly difficult. Given that you had to make things happen for yourself when the world failed you, that’s hard to do: to have faith, to have trust.

Well, imagine that there is someone who loves you more than you could love yourself. His name is Jesus. I never believed in him until he showed himself to me. My prayer is that as you are reading this and have the need, that he will show himself to you.

He cares for your hurt and your pain. He sees it all and walked this Earth as the man who bore it all, for me and for you. So, take that leap of faith today, trust and invite Jesus into your heart. Your life will never be the same. What do you have to lose? You have more than likely lost all things already. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. In Psalm 27:10, he promises to never leave you and that’s a guarantee. Take that leap of faith today.

Repeat in your heart and say out loud: “Dear Jesus, I come to you as a sinner. I repent of my sins. I believe that you died on the cross for me. I invite you to come into my heart and change my life. I recieve you Jesus.

The bible tells us that heaven rejoices when one sinner is saved. There is a party going on in heaven RIGHT NOW for you! You have just exited spiritual darkness and entered into a marvelous light. Now, find a bible based church and let Jesus continue to lead your way. Be blessed in Jesus Name.
